COVID Update

Once again we are opening back up very soon! Friday the 5th of November will be our first departure. As per government requirements all staff are fully vaccinated for COVID-19. We require all passengers to also be fully vaccinated, wear face masks and use the QR code check-in’s on the vehicle and at all the venues. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We look forward to seeing everyone on tours.

After the most recent lockdown we are back up and running from Saturday 19th of June 2021 with COVID safe practices to keep everyone safe! We look forward to seeing everyone on tours.

Due to health and safety regulations Domaine Chandon is closed to touring groups and will not be included in the itinerary. As soon as this changes it will be included.

It is great to see the Yarra Valley opening up again and tours operating. We are operating on reduced days so please check online to find a tour date that suits you.

We work with an amazing group of wineries to provide a wonderful experience for our customers. Due to COVID-19 government restrictions not every winery is working at full capacity. Domaine Chandon is one of them and unfortunately they are closed to groups at this stage. We are working closely with them to see when we might be able to visit again soon.

We have a comprehensive COVID Safe plan in place to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.

With the wonderful news that restrictions are easing we are looking at running our public tours on weekends in November (subject to numbers) starting 14th of November and then hoping for more tours in December. 

If you are interested in a Private Tour on any day of the week please contact us and we can advise what we can offer.

When you do tour with us please note that masks are required to be worn, hand sanitizer is provided on the vehicle, we will also be allocating seating to minimise movement throughout the vehicle.

Unfortunately due to the Government restrictions in Melbourne Metropolitan area  we are putting our tours back into hibernation again until further notice.

Stay safe and well, as soon as it is safe to operate and the Government advise we will start operating again.

In the meantime if you are keen to taste some of the wines from the wineries we visit I know they would appreciate your support!

Our tours are back up and running with a few changes to ensure everyone is safe. Please note some additional details regarding your up and coming wine tour. We are committed to safety and caring for the health and well-being of our teammates, customers and partners. 

  • With this in mind the tours departure will be dependent on our customers confirmation of good health and any reports of recent travel or recent concerning contact.
  • Our driver will complete a questionnaire with each individual passenger at boarding prior to the departure of our wine tour. 
  • Our driver will also take a non-contact temperature check. 
  • If our driver feels a passenger is an unacceptable risk, touring will be declined, we are not obliged to refund or shift bookings to alternative dates should this be the case.
  • Please Note: All touring is based on workplace health and safety regulations and current COVID-19 regulations. 
  • Our team are under strict instructions and policy guidelines to preventing risk associated with potential exposure to COVID-19.
  • Our team must ensure passengers do not travel if they show any of the COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with COVID-19.   
  • We respectfully request all passengers follow current COVID-19 hygiene practices and those implemented by our staff and venues.   
  • We encourage all passengers to download the Coronavirus Australia app.

GREAT NEWS, we are open and operating tours to the Yarra Valley! Our guides and wineries are very excited that we are back and looking forward to hosting our groups.

Having said that things will be a little bit different to ensure we are protecting our customers, employees and wineries. 

  • We have strict cleaning process in place which are in line with Government guidelines
  • Temperature checks for staff and customers
  • Please bring your own reusable water bottle
  • If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please ensure you bring one with you

Our itinerary may be a little bit different to ensure we are adhering to all government guidelines.

We are hoping to be running our Yarra Valley Wine Experience 5 days a week Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s. However all departures are subject to availability.

Hey There!!!

We hope you are coping with the COVID-19 conditions. Our tours stopped on the 22nd March in accordance with Government guidelines, simply and sadly as our partner wineries were all
closed.

We have still been busy in the background preparing for when the wineries are allowed to reopen and we can resume tours. Fingers crossed, that will be very soon and we can look forward to showing you why we have been the best in the business for the past 22 years!

Your safety will be our priority and we are developing protocols to keep you and our staff healthy and happy. Some of these measures over and above Government guidelines include:

  • Checking temperature prior to boarding the bus at the start of the day. Touch Free.
  • Ample availability of hand sanitiser on board vehicles and at wineries.
  • Buses will be sanitised prior to all tours.
  • Social distancing in accordance with Government regulations.
  • Recording all guest contact details.
  • Our drivers will be tested for Coronavirus prior to resuming tours.
