Domaine Chandon
French Champagne company Moet & Chandon's Australian production house offers the perfect way to start the day. Our special access guided tour through the winery, demonstrates the process for making these world famous bubbles. We emerge from the riddling room to jaw-dropping views where a range tasting of 4 sparkling wines and a matching of Yarra Valley antipasto and cheese awaits.
Yering Station ( or equivalent)
Home of the Yarra Valleys first vineyard, the elegance of your meal is only surpassed by the expansive views of the valley backed by spectacular mountain ranges. Explore the expansive tasting list in the historic old winery before absorbing the panorama and delicious food and wine @ the restaurant atop the modern winery facilities. Lunch venue may vary depending on availability.
Yering Farm
One of the Yarra Valleys more boutique wineries, Yering Farm has stunning views and is oozing with rustic charm. Experience wines made with traditional methods in their cellar door, which showcases antique copper wine making tools used by pioneer winemakers. Meet the winemaker and if the season is right, taste wine direct from the barrels.
Beer, Cheese or More Wine?
If we have enough time in the afternoon our friendly guide/driver may choose an option to suit the group, sometimes visiting one of the local breweries or taste cheeses direct from the local dairy or call into another winery to sample even more of the Yarra Valley's best wine.
